[C]Spaces plan and promote nearly three dozen gallery exhibitions each year, as well as fiction and poetry readings, film and video screenings, music, theater and dance performances, most of which showcase student work to the public. Hokin Annex | Manifold

Manifold

This is an annual exhibition of individual, experimental installation works produced as the final projects for Visual Environments, a first semester core course in the MFA in Book and Paper Arts offered through the Interdisciplinary Arts Department at Columbia College Chicago. The course draws parallels between the environments embodied within books and those of other environmental art forms, including costume and performance. The class participants collectively produce the show.
